CHEMTECH ENGINEERING (Pvt) Ltd was found in 2011 as partnership known as STRUCTURAL WATERPROOFING COMPANY (SWC), INDIA. It is a civil and waterproofing company that has built a strong reputation for delivering a quality service, on time, and at a competitive price. We pride ourselves on being skilled and experienced in all aspects of Waterproofing, Stamp Concrete, Restoration, Thermal Insulation Systems etc. and this, combined with our extensive knowledge has established us as one of the major players in this industry. We have extensive expertise in all areas of construction and have completed projects for a wide range of cliental from Residential Projects to Commercial Buildings & Industrial Units. We understand and promote the idea of working as a partnership with our clients to ensure their goals are met. The high level of satisfaction our clients have come to expect is due to our in-depth project management systems, wealth of knowledge and resources we have at our disposal.

Chemtech products are manufactured in four plants located across Colombo, Kalutara & Negombo. Chemtech also has a presence in other South Asian countries such as Bangladesh and Nepal and is actively looking to expand its footprint into countries in the ASEAN region and in Africa.
